  • MINIMUM STAY

    We generally have a 3-night minimum for weekend stays which we find gives you the best possible experience even if leaving very early on the final morning.

    Occasionally you may find 1 or 2-night stays available when there are gaps between regular bookings.

  • BOOKING CONFIRMATION

    In order to confirm your reservation, we require that you digitally sign our basic guest agreement (easy even on a mobile phone) as well as complete our ID verification (also easily executed even on a mobile phone) through our verification partner, Superhog.

    You will receive links to complete these items via email upon booking.

  • CANCELLATIONS

    Our cancelation policy is detailed on our booking site at check-out.

    For extra convenience we offer travel insurance powered by Nationwide which can be purchased directly from them alongside your booking with us.

  • COMMUNICATION

    You’ll receive both a welcome email as well as an SMS message (for US-based cell phones) upon booking your stay with us.

  • LOCAL RECOMMENDATIONS

    Your welcome email will include a few handy recommendations, and more will be printed out for you at your specific property.

  • Check In Day

    On the morning of your check-in, you will receive an email and an SMS message containing your custom access code and easy instructions for operating the door lock.

    You will also a receive the WiFi details and Sonos information for a smooth check-in at the property.
