The property consists of 2 separate dwellings–the Main House and the Guest House, and a separate Studio Building.
The entire property is bookable for up to 6 guests total. Each dwelling can accommodate up to 4 guests–you may choose how your guests are arranged across both dwellings.

Duet House is located just over 2 hours from the George Washington Bridge and is a great jumping-off point for Catskills activities like hiking (we're about 10 minutes from Vernooy Kill Falls) and of course eating (Inness, Westwind Orchard, Arrowood Farm, and Butterfield are all within a 30-minute drive). Or just cozy up and enjoy the view.
The home is located within a private residential community.
The private roads within the community are a great place to walk, run or bike without a lot of car traffic.
Please respect the 25mph speed limit as well as the privacy and quiet enjoyment of neighboring homes.

Guests will have access to the Main House, Guesthouse, Studio Building and immediate surrounding property (please check the property map to confirm property boundaries if exploring the grounds).

Reduced rates are available for stays of 7 nights or more and are automatically calculated at checkout.
Guests will be required to sign our Rental Agreement and ID verification by our partner Superhog in order to confirm their booking.
We love animals, but unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate them.
Only guests listed on your reservation may enter the property unless otherwise agreed and arranged.
No smoking indoors or on the wood decks and balconies.
Children are welcome, however, fireplaces, stairs, and outlets do not have guards. Guests are responsible for the safety of their own children.
