This holiday season, we’re working with the team at New York Times Cooking to offer two unique cookie-focused stays in the Catskills and Palm Springs.

Starting this December we will be offering stays at Duet House, a stunning architect-designed home at the base of Mombaccus Mountain in the Catskills.

After years of offering hospitality-grade Parachute bedding at all of our properties, we’re now excited to begin featuring all Parachute inserts, including down alternative pillows, pillow protectors, and down alternative comforters.

The Joule sous vide was our first foray into the world of immersion circulators and it has completely changed how we cook on a weekly basis.

We use Parachute sheets in all of our properties because we love the simple, pared back, un-decorated style, the fact that they’re Oeko-Tex 100 certified.
