Our guests currently spend $500-$1300/night with us depending on the property and occupancy.

We take the comfort and cleanliness of our beds very seriously. Our Parachute linens are all professionally laundered and pressed, and our inserts are all down alternative (by Parachute as well). And we only source high quality mattresses made from premium materials and a care for the environment.

As relaxing as our stays are, many of our guests stay with us specifically to clear their mind and focus on their work or creative pursuits. Famous albums have been written and successful startups have been grown at our properties.
We make sure our guests are properly equipped at every property with speedy WiFi and clear and comfortable work surfaces.

Showing up to an empty fridge after a 2-hour drive isn’t the most welcoming experience.
To help with this dilemma we’ve created a virtual Supply Shop, where guests can shop for beverages, pantry items, body products, games, and gifts that are placed in the property before their arrival.
This also creates a unique sampling moment for new brands to sit alongside our current selection of products. We source high quality natural, sustainable, and local (when possible) items that are representative of many unique and passionate creators/business owners.

We recognize that travel effects our planet and our local communities, and we work to implement practices to continuously help minimize our negative impact and increase our positive impact.
From refillable soaps, biodegradable sponges, Oeko-Tex certified linens, and sourcing of local and organic provisions where possible, to our membership with 1% for the Planet (and our desire to work with other brands who are also members) this is a critical component to what we offer.

A re-envisioned historic estate and secret garden designed for revelry, relaxation, and reflection while experiencing art in its many forms.Located in the Rondout Historic Waterfront District of the city of Kingston, the home is great for small gatherings as well as overnight retreats for family, friends, and collaborators.
This area of Kingston has seen a surge of creative and culinary activity in recent years with businesses like Rosie’s General, Kingston Wine Co., Brunette, Clove & Creek, alongside neighborhood classics like our favorite Downtown Cafe. Guests can take a stroll down the hill for dinner or drinks, or get in the car for a short drive to their favorite hikes and farm breweries.

Kerhonkson, NYA sustainably built home that feels like a loft in the sky.
Floor-to-ceiling windows, epic mountain views, and multiple drop-down projection screens make for a unique perch in the forest. Great for couples, small families, and creative retreats.
Originally built as our live/work studio in the woods, it features many luxury and sustainable building practices (solar panels, EV charging, radiant floors, full smart home functionality, battery backup, exterior rockwool insulation).
We are currently putting the finishing touches on furnishing and outfitting this property and are open to collaborations and partnerships.

A luxurious and peaceful architect-designed compound consisting of a main house, a guest house, and a separate studio with art books and ping pong. Part of the Hudson Woods development.
This property is popular with a range of guests, from couples enjoying an extended birthday or anniversary, families reconnecting, friends cooking and relaxing together, and even coworkers joining up for an offsite retreat.
This property was the home of Cookie Getaways, A Holiday Experience created with the New York Times Cooking.

Sensory Experience
From the moment we walked into the cabin, it was an entire sensory experience - a gorgeous view of the fall leaves, chill tunes via Sonos, plush towels, super comfy bed/pillows, bath/body products, etc.

Exceeded all expectations
My boyfriend and I were looking for a relaxing getaway from NYC, and this stay exceeded all expectations. Kristin was amazing; she communicated wonderfully, but the experience still felt private and secluded.
